7:00 am	Transportation Departs Grand Hyatt
7:20 am	Arrive at Ted Rhodes Golf Course
7:20 am-8:15 am	Food Truck Breakfast and Practice Time
8:15 am-8:30 am	Welcome and Rules
8:30 am	Shot Gun Start – Scramble Format
12:45 pm-1:45 pm	Food Truck Lunch and Awards
1:45 pm-2:00 pm	Transportation back to the Grand Hyatt

Foursome Pairing Request

MHEDA allows you to request a foursome pairing for the golf tournament. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please make sure you are requesting to golf with people who are on the list of registered golfers. If you do not see their name, this means they are not registered to play in the tournament. If you would like to register someone to play in the tournament, call the MHEDA Office at 847-680-3500. To ensure placement please make sure this is a mutual request.

Transportation to the Course

MHEDA has secured transportation to the Golf Course on Sunday, April 30th. We will depart the Grand Hyatt Nashville about 7:00 am. Return transfer will be after the lunch and awards are presented about 1:45 pm. Transportation is included and at no additional charge.

Rental Clubs

Rental clubs are no longer available to order. MHEDA staff will work with you onsite to make sure you have clubs.
