Registration:

  • Full amount refunded if cancellation is received by March 1, 2023
  • Cancellations received between March 2-31, 2023 will be charged a $300 cancellation fee
  • No Refunds after March 31, 2023.

Tours/Spouse/Guest/Golf:

  • Full amount refunded if cancellation is received by March 15, 2023.
  • No refunds after March 15, 2023 or during Convention.

Exhibitor Showcase:

  • Cancellations received before before January 31, 2023 will be charged a $500 cancellation fee.
  • No refunds after January 31, 2023
