2024 MVS Application

Required: At least one company employee has enrolled in MHEDA's on-demand education program through our Learning Management System (LMS). *If you are not sure if an employee has enrolled in an LMS course in 2023, contact kcotter@mheda.org.

Required: Company participation in a program or activity that gives back to the community or industry, including philanthropic causes important to your employees. Please provide a brief description of your "Give Back" program, along with a link to a web page if available, that describes your program. You can also upload documentation to support your activities.

Upon receiving the MVS Award, MHEDA will contact 25 of your top distributors/integrators with a congratulatory announcement. As an active MHEDA member, you know first-hand the value your membership provides to your company and the value it has for the distributors and integrators you work with. Membership growth is a key aspect in ensuring that MHEDA can develop new and enhanced programs & services to support your company. Please be sure that your Dealer List includes the name of at least one company who is currently not a member but who you believe would benefit from membership. 

If there is a dealer/integrator you would like MHEDA to contact on your behalf - and offer a 50% discount on their 1st year of membership - please provide their information below. MHEDA will contact them on your behalf - or, if you prefer we do not use your name, we will simply reach out with an invitation to join.

If you are a previous MVS Award recipient, some documents may have already been submitted. Please check with kcotter@mheda.org to confirm your document/s are on file with MHEDA, or type in information previously submitted in the "other" field below.
