Mackay Research Group Overview

Mackay Research Group’s primary objective is to assist small to mid-size companies achieve robust profitability and financial security. Mackay Research Group conducts Financial Benchmarking studies for a number of distributor groups. They also conduct compensation surveys for trade associations.

About the Speakers

John R. Mackay has over three decades of experience helping entrepreneurs, primarily in owner-managed businesses, improve their profitability by understanding their strengths and weaknesses. Since 1982, John has been conducting benchmarking studies for trade associations. Prior to forming the Mackay Research Group, John was Vice President of the Profit Planning Group. In 2004, Mackay spun-off a segment of PPG to form the Mackay Research Group.

 

Taylor R. Mackay began his benchmarking analytics career in 2013. His prior experience includes work in the banking industry and in supply chain logistics. Taylor received his undergraduate degree in finance from Colorado State University.

 

 

Jeremy Wall has a background in product design and business development and most recently as CEO of an IoT company in the mobility industry. Jeremy currently leads MHEDA’s Master Manager Program, hosted by his company Goalmakers. MHEDA’s Master Manager Program helps managers develop leadership skills, as well as financial fundamentals. The Master Manager Program weaves MHEDA’s DSC Benchmarking Results into the curriculum where Jeremy speaks to the financial trends of each report.
