How do I make Hotel Reservations?

Once you complete your registration, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a link to reserve your room online at the discounted MHEDA rate. This process ensures that MHEDA attendees will have first priority to the room block.

Can I attend only Monday and walk the Exhibitor Showcases floor?

The MHEDA Convention takes place April 20-24. You are encouraged to participate in all events. One day registration is not available at this time.

What is included with my registration?

Three breakfasts, two lunches, two dinners, breaks, happy hour, Women in Industry program, keynote and workshop sessions, and Opening and Closing Party. Hotel reservations must be made separately.

How do I register an employee at the discounted BOGO rate?

This special discounted rate is only available to Distributor/Integrator Members after one employee is registered in full. The discount is automatically applied in your registration shopping cart before you check out. Both employees must be registered at the same time for the discount to be applied.

Why do I get an error saying “Duplicate Record Found” when I try to register?

That means the individual you tried to add is already in the MHEDA system. To add registrants, click the box that says Search for Record and start typing the name to select the individual from the search results. The green plus button should only be used to add new employees that are not in the MHEDA system and cannot be found through that search.

What is the policy on individual company meetings during the MHEDA Convention?

On occasion a member company will ask for a suite or meeting space at the hotel during the MHEDA Convention to schedule private meetings with attendees during the event, however MHEDA does not allow this practice.

MHEDA puts great care into planning an event that addresses critical issues facing the industry, along with allowing for valuable networking opportunities. Anything that pulls attendees away from MHEDA scheduled events diminishes the attendee’s Convention experience. The MHEDA Convention is primarily a networking event, and attendees are encouraged to connect with members during our planned social events, such as the Opening & Closing Parties, planned meals, and breaks. Additionally, MHEDA’s Convention Schedule leaves Monday evening open for member companies who would either like to connect with attendees individually or for private dinners and/or events.

We appreciate your understanding and compliance with this policy.
