Tabletop Reservation Schedule

  • October 11 — The 2024 Tabletop Floor Plan will be available to view.
  • October 18 — Complete the 2024 Tabletop Request Form that will go live on MHEDA’s website at 10 am CT. IMPORTANT: Forms are timestamped and members should submit forms as close to 10:00 am CT as possible. 
  • October 19 — The MHEDA staff will call you during your assigned call back time to select your Tabletop.
  • October 27 — The non-refundable deposit payment is due.

MHEDA’s 2024 Tabletop Pricing

Standard $4,300 | Premium $4,900

Tabletops Include:

  • 1 — six foot (32” or 42”) skirted table
  • 2 — chairs or 2 — barstools
  • 8 ft. black backdrop drape
  • Company identification sign
  • 1 – waste can

Please note, reserving a tabletop does not include a registration to attend MHEDA’s Convention. Each exhibiting company is required to register at least one person to attend.

What is the Exhibitor Showcase?

The Exhibitor Showcase is a trade show featuring only MHEDA member companies who will showcase their products and/or services to convention attendees and offer solutions for material handling distributors & integrators.

This is an excellent opportunity for members to meet face-to-face with dealers & integrators to discuss how your product or service can help them succeed.
