JONESBORO, Ark.— Hytrol Conveyor Company, Inc.’s Juan Tapia has been promoted to Customer Training Facilitator.
Tapia has worked at Hytrol for six years and has served the company as a conveyor specialist, customer training specialist, and customer training coordinator. In addition, he is an EZLogic specialist and has increased training options, both at Hytrol and at on site locations.
“Juan has helped expand our training opportunities into more than just integration partners coming to Hytrol for seminars. He has helped develop premium on-site training that our customers can benefit from,” said Manager of Customer Care Randy Manis. “Juan has a great passion for Hytrol and he displays our core values in everything he does.”
“I am going to make sure that the Customer Training Team continues to provide great training to our integration partners,” said Tapia. “I plan to continue to bring my positivity and ideas to the department and continue to help it grow with the help of my great team.”
