Shannon McWilliams, SVP Sales and Marketing – IWS
Shannon has spent more than 25 years leading sales and marketing transformation at top brands including Stanley Black & Decker and Interstate Batteries. Shannon is working to reinvent the sales approach, increase distributor support and guide all initiatives related to sales and marketing.
Nick Jerome, Director of Marketing – IWS
Nick brings 12 years of marketing experience from brands such as ATW (Big Tex Trailers), Interstate Batteries and FASTSIGNS International. Nick is working to unify and enhance the customer experience, tell the brand story and grow the array of distributor sales, marketing and training tools.
Jim Flatley, National Sales Manager – Nordock
Jim has been working in the material handling industry for 32 years. His experience includes roles with Kelley Co., Miner & Assoc. and 20-years as the owner and manager of Flatley Dock. Jim leads the sales strategy and initiatives for the Nordock brand with a focus on growing deeper relationships with the distributor network.
Adam Timon, Regional Sales Manager – Nordock
Adam has joined the Nordock team as Regional Sales Manager of the Ohio Valley region. Adam’s 15+ year career includes over 9 years selling for Crown Lifts and sales roles with ComDoc (a Xerox brand), Paychex and others. Adam is focused on growing customer relationships and expanding the Nordock footprint through service and expertise.
Clay Buhler, Regional Sales Manager – Nordock
Clay joins the Nordock team as Regional Sales Manager of the Southeast region. Clay has 20 successful years of sales experience with Arbon Equipment (Rite Hite), SPX Industries (Kelley Co) and Albany High Speed Doors. He will bring that deep industry experience to the dealers he supports.
Jay Bodnar, Regional Sales Manager – Nordock
Jay joins the Nordock team as Regional Sales Manager of the North East region. Jay brings 30 years of successful sales results in the Material Handling Industry, including time at Magliner, Inc., TVH, Bluff Manufacturing, and Eastern Lift. Jay is focused on applying his expertise to help his distributors grow their business.
