Women in Material Handling: An Untapped Talent Pool
Facilitated by Alex Chausovsky, Director of Analytics and Consulting, Miller Resource Group
Women are an increasingly essential part of the material handling business community – serving in a variety of roles. Is your organization actively engaging the women who currently work for you? Are you making special efforts to recruit women onto your team? Since the beginning of the pandemic, millions of women have left the workforce to manage family obligations. This is both an opportunity and threat for your talent pool. Join us for a member panel discussion on recruiting, retaining and understanding the shifting role of women in material handling. This session is designed for both men and women convention attendees.
Panelists include:
Linda Anlauf – Director of Inside Sales WPRP Wholesale Pallet Rack Product |
Troy Carter – Vice President of Integrator Sales, Daifuku Wynright |
Jim MacGregor, VP Operations, Toyota Material Handling Systems |
Kristin Tinsley, Operations Manager, Briggs Equipment | Jeannette Walker, Vice President of Sales, TVH Parts Co. |
Doug Bouquard, VP & GM, East Penn Motive Power Sales |
