A Valuable Opportunity for MHEDA Members
The Exhibitor Showcase is your chance to spotlight your company’s products and services directly to Convention attendees, including leaders from the industrial truck, storage & handling, and systems integrator communities.
Booth reservations open Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at 10:00 AM CT, when the online request form goes live on the MHEDA website. Submit your form right away to secure your booth selection time slot—forms are time-stamped, and booth assignments will be made in the order received. Once your slot is finalized, MHEDA will email you with your scheduled call-back time.
Booth space is limited and sells out quickly each year, so plan ahead to reserve your spot and take advantage of this valuable opportunity to connect face-to-face with decision-makers who are eager to discover how your solutions can help their businesses succeed.

Important Dates for Booth Sales
October 20 – Floor plan available to view
October 28 – Members complete the Booth Request Form
October 29 – Email sent with designated call back time
October 30 – MHEDA staff calls members to make Booth selection
November 14 – Deposit due
January 15 – Final payment due

Booth Pricing
Main Aisle – $4,800
Premium – $5,300
A $500 non-refundable deposit (or full payment) is due online by November 14, 2025. Any remaining balance will be invoiced.
What is Included?
- Booth space is approximately 10 ft. wide x 4 ft. deep
- 1 – Six foot skirted table (30″ or 42” high)
- 1 – 8 ft. backdrop drape
- 2 – Chairs or bar stools
- 1 – Identification sign
- 1 – Waste can
Reserving a Booth does not include a registration for an attendee. You will need to have at least one individual from your company register for the Convention.

2026 MHEDA Convention
The Annual Convention & Exhibitor Showcase will be held
May 2–6, 2026, at the Grand Hyatt Nashville, 1000 Broadway, Nashville, TN.
The Exhibitor Showcase takes place on Monday, May 4, 2026.

FAQs About the Reservation Process
- What information will I need to submit on the Booth Request form?
The online form will ask for two contact names (in case one is unavailable), along with your company, email, and phone number. You do not need to be logged in to your MHEDA account to complete the form. - How and when do I select my Booth location?
You will receive an email confirming your time on Wednesday, October 29, 2025 with the designated time that a MHEDA staff member will call you on Thursday, October 30, 2025 to select your Booth. - When and how do I pay the Booth deposit?
After you speak with a MHEDA staff member and select your Booth location, you will receive an email from MHEDA that contains a link to pay either a $500 deposit or pay in full. - When is the full balance due?
The remaining balance will be invoiced and final payment is due by January 15, 2026. - Does the Booth fee include a Convention registration?
No. Reserving a Booth does not include any registration to attend MHEDA’s Convention. Each exhibiting company is required to register at least one person to attend and staff your booth. MHEDA 2026 Convention registration information will be available December 2025.
