Due to COVID-19 MHEDA had to cancel the 2020 Convention. In an effort to continuously provide networking and learning opportunities, we are happy to offer a new program: "Virtual Convention." MHEDA Convention Keynote Speaker Brant Menswar will be presenting a 20-minute leadership session “The Undiscovered Truth to Leading on Purpose” followed by Q&A on Thursday, April 2nd at 12 pm CT / 1 pm ET.

April 10 New Compensation Survey Deadline

Distributors - participate in the 2020 Compensation & Benefits Survey and help the industry produce collective data that can provide actionable information for you and your peers. There is no cost for any distributor member to participate in this survey and the results are always free. The results will show how your company compares to others in the areas of: salaries, bonuses, perks, sales compensation plans, holiday pay and healthcare. A great retention tool for your HR team!

MHEDA invites distributors to participate in the 2020 Distributor Statistical Comparisons (DiSC) Survey. This study is an important tool for members and profiles the financial and operating performance of your company. Participants will receive an interactive individual Financial Performance Dashboard analyzing their company to use for benchmarking. Deadline to submit data is: April 15.
