Hotel Accommodations

Grand Hyatt Nashville

1000 Broadway Nashville, TN 37203

The MHEDA group rate is $329 and is available until April 10, 2026, or until the room block is full. The hotel is expected to sell out quickly, so early reservations are strongly encouraged. MHEDA appreciates attendees booking within the official room block, as it helps the association meet important contractual commitments.

About Hotel Reservations

To ensure all Convention registrants receive the negotiated MHEDA discount rate, please register for the Convention first; your confirmation email (sent to each registrant and billing contact) will include a link to reserve your hotel room at the discounted rate.

MHEDA has not contracted with any third-party booking services to secure rooms. If you are contacted by anyone other than MHEDA to reserve rooms, please disregard. If you have any questions, please contact Rebecca Hein at rhein@mheda.org.
