Bridging the gap between ladders, order pickers, tuggers, and forklifts, the HERO offers a safer and more efficient way to handle light material loads and elevated work tasks. With a 700 lb. total capacity, lithium power, and advanced safety features, the HERO empowers operators to work smarter, faster, and more securely.
Unmatched Maneuverability
The HERO features four steering modes—Normal Front, Normal Rear, Cloud Walking (side-to-side motion), and true Zero Point Turning. Operators can move seamlessly forward, backward, sideways, or even at angles while elevated, enabling unmatched precision and efficiency in order picking environments or tight spaces. Its low-profile design allows it to enter elevators and clear standard doorways with ease while being able to lift an operator to a height of 180” and support comfortable work heights over 252”.

At the heart of the HERO is NOBLELIFT’s fast-charging Lithium battery, the safest, longest-lasting lithium technology available. With a 3-year or 6,000-hour warranty, maintenance-free operation, and a charge time of just 1–2 hours, the HERO supports continuous multi-shift operations without the need for battery changes. Smart Design for Everyday Use
The HERO is built for versatility with an extendable telescopic front tray, a fixed rear materials tray, a standard towing capability, and integrated operator compartment storage space for documents and pick tickets. A keyless PIN code panel with RFID card support, CAN-bus diagnostics, and an LCD display with real-time performance data always give operators full control and visibility.
