Morse Manufacturing

Matt Baroody Named Sales Manager at Morse Manufacturing

Syracuse, NY – January 30, 2026 – Morse Manufacturing Co. is pleased to announce that Matt Baroody has joined the company as Sales Manager, bringing more than 15 years of sales and leadership experience serving manufacturing customers.

Baroody’s background spans sales growth, team leadership, and hands-on work with distributor networks—experience that closely aligns with Morse’s dealer-driven approach. Throughout his career, he has supported dealers through relationship building, sales training, and trade show engagement, helping customers find practical, long-lasting solutions in demanding industrial environments.

Baroody steps into the role following Ian Tovar, who has been instrumental in expanding Morse’s sales presence across North America, Europe, and other international markets. Tovar is moving on to establish his own international dealer development business and will continue working with Morse as a consultant focused on global growth.

“Ian has been a tremendous asset to Morse and our dealer network,” said Nate Andrews, President of Morse Manufacturing. “We’re grateful for the impact he’s made and excited to build on that momentum with Matt. His experience, dealer-first mindset, and understanding of manufacturing sales make him a strong addition to our leadership team.”
