MECO places First in Company donations for AFSP Walk

Team MECO places First in Company donations for AFSP Walk in Omaha, NE.

Thank You from Team MECO!

On September 27, Team Meco proudly participated in the Out of the Darkness Walk for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) – a meaningful cause that touches so many lives.

Our journey began much earlier in the year, with incredible support from our community:

  • On March 8, Modern Equipment Company partnered with the Omaha Lancers for a home game special event with raffles and silent auctions.
  • On August 2, we hosted a company-wide event filled with more raffles and silent auctions.

Throughout, generous online donations poured in. Together, these efforts raised a phenomenal $28,881, making Modern Equipment Company the Top Fundraising Company for the Out of the Darkness Walk in Omaha, NE!

This achievement was only possible because of the generous donors, dedicated employees, and supportive friends who stood beside us every step of the way. From raffle prizes to heartfelt contributions – thank you for believing in this cause and helping us shine a light in the darkness.

Together, we’ve made a difference.
