Donkey Forklifts Expands Georgia Dealer Network with Ogden Forklifts

New authorized dealer strengthens local sales, service, and support across Georgia

ATLANTA, Ga. – Donkey Forklifts is continuing to grow its dealer network with the addition of Ogden Forklifts as its newest authorized dealer, expanding access to American-made truck-mounted forklifts for customers throughout Georgia.

For more than 60 years, Ogden Forklifts has earned the trust of businesses across Georgia by delivering dependable material handling solutions backed by responsive service. With locations in Atlanta and Savannah, the company will provide Donkey customers with knowledgeable local sales, parts, and service support throughout the state.

“When we’re evaluating potential dealers, we look for companies that have earned their customers’ trust over time,” said Bradley Holder, Vice President of Sales for Donkey Forklifts. “Ogden Forklifts has built its reputation by doing right by its customers for more than six decades. Their team is a great fit for the Donkey brand, and we’re excited to expand our support throughout Georgia.”

Founded by Hank Ogden, the company has spent more than six decades building lasting customer relationships through integrity, accountability, and a customer-first philosophy. Those principles continue today under the leadership of President and CEO John Gehrhardt, who returned to the company in 2019 after beginning his career with Ogden Forklifts in 1984.

Under the same ownership, sister company Florida Forklift will also represent Donkey Forklifts throughout Florida. Together, the two independent dealerships create an eight-location support network across Georgia and Florida.

“We are excited to take on the great American-made Donkey Forklift line in Georgia and Florida,” said John Gehrhardt, President and CEO of Florida Forklift and Ogden Forklifts. “We stand ready at all eight locations for sales, service, and parts for this piggyback class of industrial trucks.”

In demanding delivery operations, payload is everything. Donkey’s lightweight truck-mounted forklifts give Georgia fleet owners a distinct edge by maximizing hauling capacity while helping many operations stay under CDL thresholds. The full mechanical, hydrostatic, and electric lineup is engineered to simplify deliveries on even the most challenging jobsites.

As Donkey Forklifts celebrates 40 years of American-made innovation, the addition of Ogden Forklifts reflects the company’s continued focus on pairing industry-leading equipment with trusted local support. For more information about Donkey Forklifts, visit donkeyforklift.com.
