$1,995 Regular member rate per person for Distributors, Integrators, Exhibitors, and Sponsors.
$2,895 Member rate per person for Supplier and Associates that are not sponsoring or exhibiting.

Share convention with a key member of your team. For every Distributor or Integrator Member Registration, we are happy to offer you a discounted registration fee of $595 for anyone at your company to attend the convention. Cancellation Dates

Please review the following refund and cancellation deadlines for the 2026 MHEDA Convention, Exhibitor Showcase, and optional activities.

  • Full refunds available through March 6, 2026

  • Cancellations from March 7–31, 2026 incur a $300 cancellation fee

  • No refunds issued after March 31, 2026

  • Exhibitor Showcase: Cancel on or before January 31, 2026 for a $500 cancellation fee; no refunds after January 31

  • Tours, Spouse/Guest Events, and Golf: Full refunds available through March 6, 2026; no refunds after that date or during Convention

MHEDA Foundation Scholarship Golf Tournament

Join us for an exciting day on the green at the Annual MHEDA Foundation Scholarship Golf Tournament, where camaraderie meets competition at the beautiful Hermitage Golf Course in Old Hickory, Tennessee. Played on the renowned General’s Retreat, an LPGA Sara Lee Classic host, this scenic championship course offers both challenge and enjoyment, with riverfront views, wildlife sanctuary surroundings, and striking water features. Greenway Bike Tour

The Greenway Bike Tour is a refreshing way to explore Nashville’s natural beauty and unique neighborhoods. Starting at the hotel, attendees will be fitted with bikes and gear before riding through downtown to the Pedestrian Bridge for stunning skyline views. The tour continues into Shelby Bottoms Park, where guides lead you along peaceful, shaded pathways while sharing local history and scenic highlights. It’s an energizing and informative way to start the day and experience a different side of Music City.

Step into the spirit of Music City with a Custom Cowboy Hat Bar, one of Nashville’s most popular trends. Guests will work with a professional hat designer to choose their ideal hat style and color, then personalize it with charms, fabric wraps, stitching, or fire-burnt accents. This hands-on, creative experience gives attendees a unique keepsake and a stylish conversation starter to enjoy long after their time in Nashville.

Grand Ole Opry Tour & Lunch at Paula Deen's Family Kitchen

Experience the heart of Music City with a VIP tour of the legendary Grand Ole Opry, the stage that made country music famous. Guests will explore backstage areas, peek into the green rooms, and even stand on the iconic stage graced by artists from Dolly Parton to Carrie Underwood, gaining a deeper appreciation for why Nashville is the true home of country music.
