Prior to joining Big Joe, Strauss served as Key Account Manager where he led national account management across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. During his tenure, he helped build the North American key accounts business from the ground up, delivering rapid revenue growth and significant unit volume over a three-year period. Strauss also played a key role in securing and expanding relationships with several Fortune 500 logistics, retail, government and manufacturing customers.

Strauss held multiple leadership and key account management roles across the United States, France, Germany, Austria, Hungary, and Romania.
