Hyundai Material Handling Dealer Award Recipients

Hyundai Material Handling congratulates award recipients and looks forward to another year of growth and partnership.

Hyundai Material Handling announced its 2025 Dealer Award winners. The ceremony coincided with their MODEX 2026 Cocktail party held at Atlanta’s Virtue Rooftop Lounge. Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Lewis Byers awarded dealers in seven main categories – an expansion on last year’s four. These categories included Peak Performer and Summit Awards for major, large, medium, and small markets, Highest Marketshare, the Apex Award, and the Chuck Leone Award for Dealer of the Year.

“The future is very bright for Hyundai Material Handling, and this year’s award winners certainly prove that,” said Byers. “We continue to be grateful to our dealers for driving growth in the North American market.”

The Peak Performer Awards are presented to dealers who eclipse their goals in units and parts, while the Summit Awards are presented to dealers who delivered the highest sales and volumes.

For the second year in a row, the Chuck Leone Award for Dealer of the Year was presented to Lonestar Forklift, part of the Leavitt Industrial Group.

“It’s an honor to receive this award – particularly when the competition is so stiff,” noted CEO of Leavitt Industrial Group John Mutis. “Hyundai Material Handling continues to produce some of the most exciting, forward-thinking lift trucks in the market and Leavitt is proud to be one of their dealers.”

The award is named for Hyundai’s longtime leader who passed away in 2021. As part of the ceremony, Paul Farrell of Modern Group and Retired Hyundai Material Handling Regional Sales Manager Tim Haley presented heartfelt videos highlighting the life and legacy of Leone.

Hyundai Material Handling congratulates all the 2025 award recipients and looks forward to another year of growth and partnership.
