Jeff Howard Appointed Chief Commercial Officer
Jeff Howard has been named Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), with responsibility for Advance’s overall commercial strategy and customer engagement. In this role, Howard will focus on strategic ownership of customer relationships, market development, and long-term growth initiatives.
Howard will continue to lead customer-facing functions while placing greater emphasis on aligning Advance’s solutions with customer strategies, strengthening partnerships with key accounts, and expanding into new customer, product, and market segments. This role enables Advance to better integrate sales, service, and solution development around the customer experience.
Logan Kebeli, PhD, PE Appointed Chief Transformation Officer
Logan Kebeli has been appointed Chief Transformation Officer (CTO), leading Advance’s transformation initiatives across engineering, design, innovation, and business improvement. Kebeli will focus on planning and executing strategic initiatives that position Advance for future opportunities, including the introduction of new products and business segments.
In this role, Kebeli will also continue to champion lean initiatives and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that operational, commercial, and engineering efforts remain aligned with customer needs and long-term strategic objectives.
Barry Dowda Appointed Vice President of Operations
Barry Dowda has been appointed Vice President of Operations, assuming responsibility for overseeing all Advance manufacturing operations across its facilities. In this role, Dowda will focus on operational excellence, scalability, and continuous improvement to ensure Advance delivers consistent quality, reliability, and responsiveness for customers.
In his new role, Dowda will continue to apply his deep understanding of lean manufacturing principles to drive performance improvements, and efficient, high-quality production. His expanded role allows the organization to further align operations with customer expectations while supporting future growth initiatives.
