AGENDA

Self-Paced eLearning & Live Zoom Sessions

Program Kick-Off & Onboarding

Join your cohorts for the live Program Kick-Off. Meet your instructors and subject matter experts before the eLearning begins!

Vision, Goals, & Planning Process

Establish a clear baseline of your company’s current status by gathering insights across the organization, then use that understanding to support agile planning in today’s changing environment. At the same time, define key roles and align people’s natural abilities to ensure they’re positioned for success.

Coaching Teams & Serving Customers

Clearly define key roles and position descriptions, aligning people’s natural abilities to set them up for success. Then, identify your ideal customers and build the processes, operations, and culture needed to effectively find, serve, and grow those relationships.

Empowering People & Systems of Management

Empower managers to set clear goals while giving team members the autonomy to achieve them within defined boundaries—“wide boulevards, high curbs.” Then, implement simple tools to measure performance and build a system that provides clarity, direction, and alignment toward both individual and company goals.

Demystify the Finances: A 2-Part Case Study

Learn how to read and use key financial statements—Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow—and identify the drivers you can control to impact performance. Then, apply those insights through real-world context to better understand what grows (or shrinks) your bottom line.

Apply the Finances: Grow the Bottom Line

Understand which financial ratios matter most, how to calculate them, and set realistic goals for improvement. Then, apply break-even analysis and contribution margin as ongoing tools to evaluate decisions and understand their daily impact on your bottom line.
