David Milner, VP of Sales and Marketing

In his new role, Milner will be responsible for coordinating the company’s sales and marketing functions, overseeing the efforts of Wildeck’s internal and external sales representatives and expanding the company’s distribution network.

Milner brings with him over twenty-years of experience in organizational leadership, product development and marketing strategy. Having held various positions within the field, Milner understands what it takes to effectively manage a high-performance sales team across multiple channels. His results driven leadership style will undoubtedly help Wildeck capitalize on existing marketing opportunities and generate greater product demand.

“I am excited and humbled to lead Wildeck through this next phase of their growth journey,” said Milner. “Wildeck’s respected industry reputation made the decision to join their team an easy one. I am looking forward to all the great work that we will accomplish together.”

“Dave is an outstanding addition to the Wildeck team,” said Greg Larson, President of Wildeck, Inc. “His track record of success and his ability to find creative solutions to the most complex problems will be invaluable in maintaining Wildeck’s position as the preferred solution provider within the material handling industry.”

Paul Mihelich, Vice President of Strategic Accounts and Installations

Mihelich will be transitioning from Wildeck’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing to Wildeck’s Vice President of Strategic Accounts and Installations. In this new role, Mihelich will be responsible for managing Wildeck’s relationships with several key accounts and working to ensure the smooth installation of Wildeck’s guarding, mezzanine, lift and access products.

Mihelich earned his MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and shortly thereafter began his career with Wildeck as a Sales Representative. Over the ensuing years, his hard work and dedication earned him promotions to the roles of: Regional Sales Manager, National Sales Manager and Director of Sales. In 2017, Mihelich was promoted to Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Wildeck’s Waukesha, Wisconsin and Goodyear, Arizona operations.

“Experienced material handling vendors will tell you that if something is going to go awry, it will most likely occur during product installation,” said Mihelich. “I am looking forward to making the installation of Wildeck’s products the exception to that rule.”

“Paul’s reputation and expertise within the material handling industry is second to none,” said Greg Larson, President of Wildeck, Inc. “In his new position, I have full confidence that Paul will utilize his unparalleled product knowledge and project management skills to ensure that our customers’ needs and expectations are met.”
