Hytrol Conveyor Company, Inc. has hired Garland Martin as the company’s Account Manager. Martin will be a direct line of contact for Hytrol’s Integration Partner Network and will work closely with the Business Development and Marketing Departments.
Martin brings to Hytrol over 24 years of experience in the material handling industry, most recently serving as Product Director at FMH Conveyors.
“We are excited to have Garland join our team,” said Matt Farris, Director of Business Development. “He brings to the table an understanding of our network and will work alongside our Business Development team to grow and develop relationships with our integrators.”
Martin has a B.S. in Engineering from Arkansas State University and is skilled in both sales and developing lasting relationships. Along with previous work at FMH, Martin worked as regional sales manager at Colson Caster Corporation and as national accounts manager at Best Conveyors.
“I am looking forward to getting to work closely with the IPs,” said Martin. “I already have relationships with multiple IPs and I want to gain a thorough understanding of each IP so I can make sure Hytrol is providing the level of support they each need to be successful.”
Martin and his wife Tina have been married for 28 years and have two daughters, Brittany and Jessica.
