Darr Equipment Co. is excited to announce the acquisition of S&L Liftmasters, based in San Antonio, Texas. A family owned business, Liftmasters has been providing best-in-class equipment and services to their customers in the San Antonio area since 1982. Their shared core values and dedicated employees make them a perfect addition to the Darr family.
This acquisition also complements Darr’s current Kalmar product offering in San Antonio by adding the highly regarded Linde and Komatsu brands.
Liftmasters will continue to operate under the Liftmasters name (A Darr Equipment Co. Company) for a period of time, and will report up through the South Region management structure.
This acquisition makes Darr a stronger company by expanding into a growing Texas market, adding talented people to our team, and gaining a great Hill Country customer base to build on!
