Daifuku’s New Manufacturing Complex Has “Soft” Open in Hobart, IN

After 11 months, the new Daifuku manufacturing complex in Hobart, IN is ready to start taking on people and equipment. The purpose built, state-of-the-art facility maximizes operational efficiencies and favorably positions Daifuku/Wynright in a facility with the ability to handle future growth opportunities.

The 320,400 sq. foot facility will manufacture Automotion® brand conveyor and sortation equipment as well as Wynright mezzanines, structural steel, and safety & guarding products. Each manufacturing station is connected to the overall network, directly linking them to the most up-to-the-minute specifications and revisions. The extensive investment in new technology also includes a modern powder coat paint line.
