Bode Acquires Advanced Machine Technologies

Londonderry, NH – March 1, 2022

Bode recently completed the acquisition of Advanced Machine Technologies located in Londonderry, New Hampshire.  Bob Cook, the former owner of AMT, will become Machining Manger at Bode.  The new operation will be focusing on supporting existing installations and current fabrication needs. In the coming months, Bode will be expanding the existing space, adding key personnel to support the future growth goals of the company.

Advanced Machine Technologies, established in 2000, focuses on small lot productions, prototypes and one-off projects for commercial and industrial companies in New England.  The business has the following equipment available: CNC 3-axis, CNC lathes, CNC milling, manual machines, inspection equipment and much more.  AMT has working experience with stainless steel, aluminum, carbon fiber, plastics, and carbon steel.  Various finishes are available along with scheduled delivery services.  Software capabilities include AutoCAD, Master CAM and SolidWorks.

Bode has been servicing New England commercial and industrial clients since 1975.  They currently have (3) divisions that include: Construction, Material Handling and Loading Dock and Doors.  They employ over 50 employees between their two offices in NH and MA.  The existing fabrication and machining operations of the company have been growing areas of the company.  Bode offers design, layout, sales, installation and service for all areas of the business.
