What You Need to Know…
Standard Tabletop – $3,850
Premium Tabletop – $4,400
You will be required to pay at least a $500 non-refundable deposit online (or you can choose to pay the full amount) by October 28, 2022. You will be invoiced for any remaining balance.
Each Tabletop space is approximately 10 ft. wide x 4 ft. deep and includes:
- 1 – six foot (32” or 42”) skirted table
- 2 – chairs or 2 – barstools
- 8 ft. black backdrop drape
- Company identification sign
- 1 – waste can
- Please note, Tabletop Fee does not include a registration fee. You will need to have a least one individual from your company register to attend the Convention.
What is the Exhibitor Showcase?
The Exhibitor Showcase is a trade show featuring MHEDA member companies who will showcase their products and/or services to convention attendees and offer solutions for material handling distributors & integrators.
This is an excellent opportunity for members to meet face-to-face with dealers & integrators to discuss how your product or service can help them succeed.
Please note that when you reserve a tabletop, it does not include a registration to attend the Convention. Each exhibiting company is required to register at least one person to attend the convention in order to exhibit in the Showcase. Only MHEDA members are allowed to exhibit in the Showcase. Convention registration fees and details will be available in December.
