MHEDA is grateful for all of our Members continued support of the annual convention. We are instituting a new sponsorship requirement in 2022, for companies who are not distributors. Here are a few FAQs to help you understand the details and reasoning for this new sponsorship.
What is the Bronze Level Sponsorship Fee?
- $2000 per company (not per individual)
Who is Required to Register as a Bronze Level Sponsor?
- Any company who is NOT a distributor.
- Any company who is NOT exhibiting in the 2022 Exhibitor Showcase.
- Any company who is NOT already another level 2022 Convention Sponsor.
If your company is NOT listed, you must register as a Bronze Level Sponsor.
Why is MHEDA Requiring Bronze Level Sponsorships in 2022?
As you can understand, the cost for producing the MHEDA Convention has risen significantly over the last two years. In an effort to continue to attract distributor attendees – your potential customers – we have not raised the individual registration fee in 2022. We rely on sponsors and exhibitors to help offset rising costs and produce a high caliber event that brings together Distributors from across North America, all under one roof. We appreciate your understanding and support. We are committed to YOUR success and will actively recognize your company as a Bronze Level Sponsor.
How will Your Company Be Recognized?
Your sponsorship will help you gain more exposure in the industry as a supporter of MHEDA and the MHEDA Convention.
- Bronze Level Sponsors will be listed in the MHEDA Convention event app
- Bronze Level Sponsor name and logo will be listed on the MHEDA website
- Bronze Level Sponsors name and logo will be listed in signage around the MHEDA registration area
- Bronze Level Sponsors will be recognized on slides prior to General Sessions
- Individual Attendees from Bronze Level Sponsors will have a “sponsor” ribbon on their name badge
