Tabletop Selection for MHEDA’s 2022 Exhibitor Showcase Begins on Tuesday, November 16, 2021

What is the Exhibitor Showcase?

The Exhibitor Showcase is a trade show featuring MHEDA member companies who will demonstrate their products and/or services to convention attendees and offer solutions for material handling distributors.

This is an excellent opportunity for members to meet face-to-face with dealers from around the world and give advice on how your company can help them succeed.

Please note that when you reserve a tabletop, it does not include any registrations. You are required to register at least one person in full for convention to exhibit in the Showcase. Only MHEDA members are allowed to exhibit in the Showcase. Convention registration fees and details will be available in December.

Monday, April 25, 2022 – 9:30 am – 12:00 pm

How to Reserve a Tabletop Booth

November 16, 2021 – members will be required to complete an Online Tabletop Request Form. The link to this form will be available on November 16 at 10:00 a.m. CT. Everyone who completes a Booth Request Form will be notified later that day when MHEDA will call you to select a booth. Note: MHEDA does not guarantee that you will have the opportunity to reserve a Tabletop in the 2022 Exhibitor Showcase. Reservations will be made on a first come, first serve basis. If we sell out before you select a table, your company will automatically be put on a wait list in the same order as the time stamps were received.

November 17, 2021 – MHEDA will call each company who submitted a Request Form and you will select a tabletop for your company

Standard Tabletop – $3,500
Premium Tabletop – $4,000

What’s Included

Each Tabletop space is approximately 10 ft. wide x 4 ft. deep.

  • 1 – six foot (32” or 42”) skirted table
  • 2 – chairs or  2 – stools
  • 8 ft. backdrop drape
  • Company identification sign
  • 1 – waste can
  • Fee does not include registration fee
