Convention Registration Form

Complete the registration form below for the 2021 Annual Convention & Exhibitor Showcase. If you prefer, you can download the registration form to complete and return by fax or mail.

Given current safety restrictions, MHEDA may be limiting overall attendance based on today’s guidelines. If restrictions become more relaxed as we get closer to the Convention we may expand attendance. Note: Exhibitors are limited to a maximum of two individuals manning their Tabletop Booth and, due to space limitations, MHEDA reserves the right to limit the total number of people attending per company. Please contact MHEDA if you have any questions.


Cancellation Policies

Registration Fees: Members, Non-Members, and Spouses

The full amount will be refunded if you cancel by June 30, 2021.
A $250 administrative fee per person will be charged if you cancel between July 1 and July 31, 2021.
No refunds will be made for cancellations received on or after August 1, 2021.
No refunds will be given for “no shows.”

Exhibitor Showcase Tabletop Fee

If you cancel your tabletop by June 30, 2021, you will be charged a $500 cancellation fee.
No refunds will be given for cancellations received on or after July 1, 2021.

Tours: Kayak Tour and Foodie Tour

The full amount will be refunded if you cancel by June 30, 2021.
No refunds will be given for cancellations received on or after July 1, 2021.
No refunds will be given for “no shows.”
