This registration form for the 2020 Annual Convention & Exhibitor Showcase will accommodate up to four registrants. If more people are attending, please submit the correct number of forms. If you prefer, you can download the registration form to complete and return by fax or mail.


Cancellation Policies

Registration Fees: Members, Non-Members, Spouses and Booth Assistant

The full amount will be refunded if you cancel before March 1, 2020.
A $200 administrative fee per person will be charged if you cancel between March 2 and March 31, 2020.
No refunds will be made for cancellations received after March 31, 2020.
No refunds will be given for “no shows.”

Booth/Tabletop Cancellation in the Exhibitor Showcase

If you cancel your booth before January 31, 2020, you will be charged a $500 cancellation fee.
No refunds will be made after January 31, 2020.

Cancellation of Tours, Spouse Activities, Golf Tournament

The full amount will be refunded if you cancel before March 15, 2020.
No refunds will be made for cancellations of tours or golf tournament received after March 15, 2020 or during Convention.
No refunds will be given for “no shows.”
