Booth Assistant Special Pricing
If you wish to bring a second person to help you in your booth, we offer a special discounted price for a “Booth Assistant” with a shortened convention schedule. Limited to one person per booth. Includes: Sunday and Monday functions only.
Exhibitors are permitted to conduct drawings or raffle contests within their booth but exhibitors should contact MHEDA for approval prior to the start of Convention. Audio visual equipment used within the booth must be kept at a low noise level. The primary purpose of audio visual presentations is to elaborate upon conversations about your products and services offered rather than to promote attendance within a booth area. MHEDA reserves the right to curtail any activity within a booth that reflects against the character of the Convention. This applies to displays, literature, advertising, novelties, souvenirs and conduct of persons, etc. Exhibitors will be allowed to display their products in the booth as long as it does not interrupt the flow of traffic in the exhibit hall.
Many companies have portable, pre-assembled, self-locking display backdrops for use at various trade shows. If you have such a backdrop and wish to use it, please feel free to do so. It should identify your company, its products and/or services. It is not necessary that you use a backdrop, but if you choose to, you may.
