Member Fee includes: Keynote Presentation; Three General Sessions; Education Workshops; Roundtable Discussion; Admittance to the Exhibitors' Showcase and Happy Hour Reception; Also included are Sunday Opening Party at Top Golf and Tuesday's Closing Dinner Party. 3-breakfasts; 2-lunches; 2-dinners and all refreshment breaks.
Non-Member Fee includes: All functions listed under member registration
Spouse Fee includes: Keynote Presentation; General Sessions; Admittance to the Exhibitors' Showcase and Happy Hour Reception; Educational Workshops. Also included are Sunday Opening Party at Top Golf and Tuesday's Closing Dinner Party. Includes 3-breakfasts; 2-dinners.
Booth Assistant Fee includes: Sunday's Opening Party at Top Golf; Monday breakfast; Admittance to all scheduled programs on Monday; Exhibitors' Showcase; Happy Hour Reception; lunch; and refreshment breaks. Limited to one person per booth.
FREE Distributor Registration: Attention Distributors, Share convention with a key member of your team. For every Distributor Registration, you can bring anyone in your company who has never been to convention for FREE. Use registrant #2 and #4 for this option or call the MHEDA office to take advantage of this special promotion.
MHEDA offers you a variety of FREE optional activities during Convention. We invite you to join us, but you must pre-register first. See below.
Registration Fees: Members, Non-Members, Spouses and Booth Assistant
* The full amount will be refunded if you cancel before March 1, 2017.
* A $200 administrative fee per person will be charge if you cancel between March 2 and March 10, 2017.
* No refunds will be made for cancellations received after March 11, 2017.
* No refunds will be given for “no shows.”
Booth Cancellation in the Exhibitors’ Showcase
* If you cancel your booth before January 31, 2017, you will be charged a $500 cancellation fee.
* No refunds will be made after January 31, 2017.
Cancellation of Tours, Spouse Activities, Golf Tournament
* The full amount will be refunded if you cancel before March 10, 2017.
* No refunds will be made for cancellations of tours or golf tournament after March 10, 2017 or during Convention.
* No refunds will be given for "no shows."
