Jeremiah Kappler, Regional Sales Manager

Jeremiah handles a large portion of North Carolina and South Carolina territory. Before stepping into his management role in 2017, Jeremiah was an account manager in the forklift division. His solution and value-based approach to customers has provided sustainable results. This approach has allowed for a smooth transition into his management role. In his new role coaching, development, and retaining top talent to sustain and grow Gregory Poole’s customer base will be vital years to come.

Mark Wallace, Corporate Recruiter

Recruiting and sourcing since 1994 Mark uses various skills from Information Systems, Networking, Manufacturing, Property Managers, Maintenance, and Technicians. Mark has spent the last four years with Gregory Poole Equipment Company and prior to that two years with Caterpillar. In addition, 14 years of Management experience. Mark earnd his Bachelor of Business with a concentration in HR from East Carolina University.

Paul Winston, Director of Human Resources

Paul recognized early in his career that Human Resources, done well, plays a vital role in enabling an organization to achieve the strategy. For over two decades, Paul’s relationship, communication, planning and execution skills have allowed him to establish credibility with the organization’s top leaders and translate business strategy into talent management practices. He has helped small and large organizations navigate complex employee issues while meeting the business needs and maintaining the dignity of those impacted.

Eric Pezzo, Director of Strategic Sales for Consumer and Industrial Products at Aerotek

Eric is responsible for developing client partnerships and generating customized workforce solutions and resources for Aerotek’s national clients. Eric joined Aerotek in 1994 as a Recruiter and soon moved into an account management role. Over the course of 9 years, Eric managed 11 different markets. Eric has been recognized by Aerotek with several awards including the MVP and Significant Impact Award for his performance and outstanding achievements.
