4 Keys to Improving Your Customers Experience presented by Shari Altergott and Lisa Everly, Associated

What really is the Customer Experience? “Customer experience” has become a very commonly used phrase in recent years but it is difficult to find a clear definition, even though many businesses see improving their customer experience as a competitive differentiator. Without first understanding how to define, measure and improve it, the Customer Experience is nothing more than words in a mission statement.

In this presentation you will learn how to create a competitive advantage through a differentiated customer experience by discussing the four key components that every customer centric organization should be focused on and how to implement them.

    Takeaways include:

    • How customers interact and access your brand
    • How hiring practices and training can significantly impact your ability to provide the ultimate customer experience
    • The importance of internal and external feedback
    • How to evaluate your current processes and technology applications to ensure ease of use
  • 2:45 pm - 3:45 pm

    Roundtable Discussions

Discuss the challenges and opportunities faced by Material Handling professionals and learn how others are managing the same issues.

  • 3:45 pm - 4:30 pm

    Give Back and Raffle Drawing

Participate in a Give Back Event – a great way to feel good and help the local community.

Attendees will package ‘Care/Pamper Bags’ for women who seek assistance from Pregnancy Solutions.
