In this presentation you will learn how to create a competitive advantage through a differentiated customer experience by discussing the four key components that every customer centric organization should be focused on and how to implement them.
- How customers interact and access your brand
- How hiring practices and training can significantly impact your ability to provide the ultimate customer experience
- The importance of internal and external feedback
- How to evaluate your current processes and technology applications to ensure ease of use
- 2:45 pm - 3:45 pm
Discuss the challenges and opportunities faced by Material Handling professionals and learn how others are managing the same issues.
- 3:45 pm - 4:30 pm
