How to Build a High Performing Culture

Thursday, December 2 from 12pm-1pm CT
Cost for Program: Free for MHEDA Members

Program Description

As we close fourth quarter, many companies may be wondering: How will I attract the next wave of talent? How will I stand out against the competition? How will I retain my current employees?

Looking at the culture of your organization and deciding to become intentional about your company’s culture is a great place to start. World-class organizations have long recognized the powerful influence their cultures have on the performance of their people, and by extension, the performance of their companies. Not surprisingly, while most organizations allow their cultures to evolve naturally, top-performing ones don’t leave this to chance. Instead, they’re amazingly intentional about how they create and drive the culture they want to have.

What You Will Learn

  • Why culture is so closely linked to success
  • The 8 steps to becoming more intentional about your culture
  • Why behaviors are more important than values
  • How to sustain your efforts for years, not months
  • How culture usually happens in organizations
  • This webinar will be recorded and available on-demand.
