Stop Being A Leader. Start Being THE Leader – presented by Ryan Avery
What if you could discover one little difference that makes ALL the difference when accelerating your achievements and career? Keynote Speaker Ryan Avery will show you the difference of what it means to be A leader vs THE leader in today’s business world. When we are serious about growing and emerging as leaders, it is no longer acceptable to offer A product, A solution or even be A Leader. Today’s companies, employees and followers want THE product, THE solution and THE leader to follow. Learn how to eliminate the competition, set record sales, motivate others to action and produce solutions that actually matter.

    Takeaways:

    • Gain communication strategies top leaders use to persuade, motivate and accelerate achievements.
    • Learn storytelling techniques that masterfully allow leaders to connect across diverse generations and cultures.
    • Discover leadership insights that illustrate how to inspire others to action and to skyrocket you to the next level in your career.
  • 9:30 am - 10:00 am

Revolutionary Communication and Leadership Strategiespresented by Ryan Avery
We welcome Ryan Avery back to the stage to take a “deeper dive” into the communication and leadership strategies and learn more about what it truly means to inspire others and connect with your team.

  • 10:15 am - 11:30 am

Been There, Done That: A Conversation with Industry Leaders
Industry veterans share their experiences and advice from the battlefront. Leaders will present their story during small group discussions at the roundtables, sharing their perspective and advice from being a leader in the material handling industry.

    Lunch as a Group

  • 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Relax and recharge after lunch by playing with puppies from the Chicago Anti-Cruelty Society! We are also collecting donations. We are collecting (new) towels, blankets and plush/rubber toys to donate to The Anti-Cruelty Society. The Anti-Cruelty Society is a private, non-profit organization in Chicago that helps thousands of dogs and cats each year with spay/neutering, adoption and care for abused animals.
