FAQs about the Reservation Process
1) What information will I need to submit on the form?
The online form will ask for your name, company, email, phone number. You do not need to be logged in to your MHEDA account to fill in the form.
2) How and When do I select my tabletop location?
A MHEDA staff member will call or email you when a tabletop becomes available in the order the waitlist forms were received.
3) When and How do I pay the tabletop deposit?
After you speak with a MHEDA team member and select your booth you will be sent an email with a link to pay either a $500 deposit (or you may choose to make full payment at that time.)
4) When is the full balance due?
The remaining balance will be invoiced and due January 15, 2024.
5) Does the tabletop fee include a Convention Registration?
No. Reserving a tabletop does not include a registration to attend MHEDA’s Convention. Each exhibiting company is required to register at least one person to attend. MHEDA 2024 Convention registration information will be available in December 2023.

Standard $4,300 | Premium $4,900
Tabletops Include:
- 1 — six foot (32” or 42”) skirted table
- 2 — chairs or 2 — barstools
- 8 ft. black backdrop drape
- Company identification sign
- 1 – waste can
What is the Exhibitor Showcase?
The Exhibitor Showcase is a trade show featuring only MHEDA member companies who will showcase their products and/or services to convention attendees and offer solutions for material handling distributors & integrators.
This is an excellent opportunity for members to meet face-to-face with dealers & integrators to discuss how your product or service can help them succeed.
