Important Hotel Reservation Details

MHEDA has contracted directly with the Grand Hyatt Nashville to provide you the best rate available for your Convention stay. Direct contact with the hotel is the only way to secure rooms at MHEDA’s negotiated rate.

The Hyatt’s online reservation system allows you to book two reservations/rooms at a time. It is highly recommended that you use each individual traveler’s name to make reservations, which can be changed or cancelled up until 48 hours prior to the date of arrival. To book additional rooms, you may start a new reservation for those attendees. Or you may call Hyatt Reservations at (888) 591-1234 and use Group Name: MHEDA with Group Code: G-MHED to secure the MHEDA discounted rate.

Please be aware that MHEDA has not contracted with any hotel booking sites to secure rooms. If you are contacted by anyone other than MHEDA to reserve rooms, please discard as it is likely a scam to verify your email address.

About Hotel

Nashville is the place to be for live music, authentic Southern eats, and a rocking good time no matter where you go. Grand Hyatt Nashville puts you in the heart of it all, with a Broadway location within walking distance to the Gulch and Midtown as well as all the best that Music City has to offer.

The hotel features one of the highest outdoor rooftop bars in Music City, a spa, and seven food and beverage experiences. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the outdoor rooftop pool, or lounge on the sundeck featuring panoramic views of Broadway and downtown Nashville. Both are located on the fifth-floor lifestyle level along with the fitness center and spa.

Nashville has so much to offer! Local attractions include the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, Grand Ole Opry, Johnny Cash Museum, Ryman Auditorium, and of course lots of local shopping, bars and restaurants.
