The MHEDA hotel room block at both the Grand Hyatt Nashville and the Westin Nashville have sold out.
We anticipate a few rooms becoming available after March 13. If you would like to be on the waitlist, please complete the hotel request form below. Requests are first come, first serve. MHEDA staff will get back to within 2 business days of receiving your request.

MHEDA has contracted directly with the Westin Nashville to provide you the best rate available for your Convention stay. Direct contact with MHEDA or the hotel is the only way to secure rooms at MHEDA’s negotiated rate.
