Door Prize Give Away Program
Many exhibitors will donate a door prize to give away to convention attendees. This program helps increase traffic at your table and promotes your participation in MHEDA's Exhibitor Showcase. If you would like to participate in this program, please complete the section below and describe the item you will be donating.
Here's How it Works:
  • Exhibitors can donate one door prize with a minimum value of $100. The prize will be handled by the individual exhibitor.
  • MHEDA will promote your Give-Away Door Prize on the Convention App and encourage attendees to visit your tabletop.
  • Exhibitors should collect the names of attendees who visit them.
  • Exhibitors will draw a winners name from those contacts they have collected.
  • You will submit the winners name to MHEDA and MHEDA will post those names on the Convention App prior to Happy Hour. 
  • Winners will be instructed to go to the exhibitor table and pickup their door prize between 4:30-5:30 PM on Monday during Happy Hour.
