Wolter acquires Flatley Dock Systems, adding loading dock and commercial door expertise serving the Milwaukee metro area and Chicagoland.

WEST BEND, Wis. — Wolter Inc., a material handling and industrial productivity solutions provider, has acquired Flatley Dock Systems, a well-established provider of loading dock equipment, high-speed doors, commercial overhead doors and related services. The transaction closed Sept. 1.

Flatley Dock Systems has built a strong reputation for outstanding customer service, quality products, and responsive field support.
