MHEDA Announces 2027 Exhibitor Showcase Booth Sales & Selection
The Material Handling Equipment Distributors Association (MHEDA) is preparing to open booth sales and selection for the 2027 Exhibitor Showcase, taking place during the MHEDA Annual Convention, May 2–5, 2027, at the Loews Arlington Hotel in Arlington, Texas.
The Exhibitor Showcase provides MHEDA members with an opportunity to put their products, services and solutions in front of Convention attendees from across the material handling industry, including leaders from the industrial truck, storage & handling and systems integrator communities.
Booth space is limited and sells out quickly each year. Members interested in exhibiting are encouraged to plan ahead and be ready when the Booth Request Form opens on October 20 at 10:00 a.m. CT.
Important Dates for Booth Sales & Selection:
- October 9, 2026 – Exhibitor Showcase floor plan will be posted on the MHEDA website.
- October 20, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. CT – Booth reservation begins, and the request form goes live on the MHEDA website. Submission is time-stamped to determine the order in which booth selection occurs.
- October 21, 2026 – Exhibitors receive an email with their designated booth selection call-back time.
- October 22, 2026 – MHEDA staff will reach out during assigned callback times to finalize booth selection.
