Many MHEDA members are reporting outstanding results from the Creative Sales Solutions (CSS) Mystery Shopping and Sales Training Programs. After mystery shopping more than 1,500 material handling employees who had not received the CSS training, CSS found that few of the employees did any of the above, costing their businesses thousands of dollars in potential sales.
MHEDA has entered into an agreement with CSS to provide mystery shopping at NO CHARGE for up to three employees for every member company in our association. Each company is invited to submit three employees to participate. Results and evaluations, including CD recordings, will remain strictly confidential between CSS and each member company. Creative Sales Solutions has also agreed to extend to all MHEDA members a special 25% discount on both the inside sales and outside sales training programs.
