What is the Exhibitors’ Showcase?
MHEDA’s Exhibitors’ Showcase is a tabletop showcase of the material handling industry’s best companies. The showcase provides suppliers with the opportunity to network with distributors across the globe.

Who are the Attendees?
Material handling equipment distributor Presidents, CEOs and Sales Managers constitute the majority of the Showcase attendees.
Who are the Exhibitors?
Material handling equipment manufacturers and consultants from around the world are invited to exhibit and meet the industry’s leading distributors. In order to exhibit you must be a MHEDA Member. Click here for a list of exhibitors.
How do you reserve a booth?
Call MHEDA at (847) 680-3500 to confirm your selection.
How will MHEDA help you promote your booth?
- MHEDA publishes a Product Guide which is featured in The MHEDA Journal, and distributed every attendee at the Convention. This Guide lists each exhibitor company and includes an individualized product summary. To be included in this publication, you must reserve your booth and submit your summary by January 13, 2006.
- Link your website. MHEDA links each exhibitor’s home page to our site. View...
- In addition, local distributors are invited to visit the Showcase on May 1. This special invitation is sent to distributors from surrounding states to attend the Showcase. If you have any requests for inviting distributors, please contact us at (847) 680-3500.
- Supply attendee lists. MHEDA will supply you with two (2) lists of all distributor attendees. One list before the convention and one after. You may use this information to announce your participation in MHEDA's Exhibitors' Showcase and followup with a note immediately following the Convention.
- Host a Happy Hour on Monday, May 1 from 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
New in 2006! Exhibitors' Showcase Happy Hour?
The doors of the Exhibitors' Showcase will open once again from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. giving you another hour to network, learn about the latest products and services and share a toast with your new business partners.
During the Happy Hour enjoy refreshments, prize drawings, music and more. Spouses are also invited to this event.

Exhibitors' Showcase Booth Fee*
$1,175 – Members Only
Booth Package Includes: 8' x 10' table top booth area with draped sidewalls, backdrop, one six foot skirted table, two chairs, a standard identification sign and one wastebasket.
* Exhibitors must also register for the Convention. Your booth fee does not include the Convention registration fee.
What is cost for a 2nd person in your booth?
$275 per person
Includes admittance to the Island Cookout Opening Party on Sunday, April 30; admittance to all Monday May 1 programs, Exhibitor's Showcase, Monday's breakfast, lunch, breaks and Happy Hour. This special offer is limited to one person per booth.

Do you want your booth to get noticed and stand out from the crowd at MHEDA's Exhibitors' Showcase? Sharpen your booth from "ho-hum" to "OH-WOW!" Each year MHEDA generates excitement and encourages distributors to visit the booths. We are challenging YOU to Go Wild and have some fun generating attention at the Exhibitors' Showcase.
Restrictions Lifted
We are lifting the ban on raffles, drawings, quiz contests and other activities within and above your booth. You are encouraged to go wild and create a fun and exciting booth to get distributors' attention. Stand out from the crowd and create some BUZZ about your memorable booth.
Prizes will be awarded for the Most "Edgy" Booth
Winners will be selected by MHEDA Officials. Win the coveted locations for the 2007 Showcase!
- 1st Place Winner: FREE Booth at the 2007 Showcase AND First Choice of Booth Location
- 2nd Place Winner: 2nd Choice Booth Location
- 3rd Place Winner: 3rd Choice Booth Location
Contest Rules
- Be professional in your booth activities
- No activities are allowed to take place in the aisles. It is limited to your booth space.
