In planning for future talent acquisitions in our business; we rely on a variety of resources; but our main resource is a local technical school, Universal Technical Institute in Orlando, FL. First step, getting a trained auto, marine, or motorcycle technician to consider a career in the Material Handling industry. About the Speaker

Kristine Coyer has been with Florida Lift Systems and Southern States Toyotalift for seven years and for the past four years she has been managing the Human Resources Department.  She was hired as their Corporate Recruiter and spent her first two years recruiting service technicians and other operations professionals. She has spent a lot of time working with Universal Technical Institute (UTI) hosting job fairs and making career and industry focused presentations to their graduating students.  Florida Lift Systems developed a forklift specific advanced training class (TILT) that a UTI instructor will teach on their behalf.
