About the Speaker
 Mike Bausley is the Corporate IT Manager for Raymond Handling Solutions, Inc. As a 14 year IT veteran of the lift truck industry, Mike has undertaken a number of initiatives designed to meet a continually changing business environment. He is an active member of the eBS Software Users’ Group and has been a key player in aiding the adoption of eBS software within the Raymond Sales & Service Center Network. Before turning his focus to IT, Mike learned the industry through various roles at the Southern California Raymond Service Center. It is through this past experience and in-depth understanding of the business operation (from the role of the Parts Runner to Executive Management) that he has developed a commitment to Customer Focus and a strong belief that the purpose of technology is to enhance the ability of the business to better serve its clients.
