About the Speakers

Gary Nader is Principal Consultant of Total Quality Associates. He consults with companies, large and small, in various industries with special emphasis on customer satisfaction, management leadership, business excellence and cultural change. Gary has helped many manufacturing, distribution and service companies, including material handling, improve their customer satisfaction and their business performance. He has received awards for quality excellence and innovation. He was one of the early leaders of ISO 9000 certification in the US. Gary’s paper "Applying Quality Methods in Non-Manufacturing Areas" received the Best Paper Award at the International Quality Congress in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He has worked with a number of companies, who were awarded state training grants.

John Maybury, President of Maybury Material Handling, a full line distributor with a primary coverage area in Massachusetts and Connecticut. Maybury’s success can be attributed to John’s visionary leadership complemented by his hands on approach to people and process management.
