Registration Fees and Descriptions

Member Registration
$875 per person before January 31 (Early Bird)
$925 per person after January 31

Includes all educational sessions and materials, admittance to the Exhibitors' Showcase, all planned meal functions, including 3 breakfasts, 2 luncheons and 2 dinners.
Does not include Exhibitors Booth Fee, travel or housing.

Non-Member Registration
$1,275 per person

Includes all functions listed under Member registration

Spouse Registration
$595 per person before January 31 (Early Bird)
$625 per person after January 31

Includes Monday's Opening Business Meeting and Key Note Presentation, Monday's spouses Heavenly Homes Tour and luncheon at the Wrigley Mansion, Tuesday's opening and closing general sessions,
3 breakfasts, 1 lunch, 2 dinners (opening and closing celebrations) and a walk through the Exhibitors' Showcase.
Does not include travel or housing.

Exhibitors' Booth - $975
Per 8 x 10 booth reserved in the Exhibitors' Showcase.
Does not include Convention Registration fee.

2nd Booth Person - $99
Includes admittance to Monday's Exhibitors' Showcase, Networking Luncheon, Panel Presentation and Tools for Transformation presentation. This person may assist in the booth set-up and tear down. This offer is limited to one person per booth.
Does not include admittance to any other Convention programs, travel or housing.

Taliesin West & Lunch - $75 pp
Night on the Town in Old Town Scottsdale & Dinner - $100 pp
Golf Tournament - $175 pp
Desert Botanical Gardens, Heard Museum & Lunch - $75 pp

Cancellation Procedures

For Registrants
The full amount will be refunded if you cancel no later than April 4, 2005. Cancellations  received after that date but before the start of the convention, will be charged $200 administration fee per person. No refunds will be made for "no shows". Companies may change the personnel attending by calling the MHEDA office.

For Tours and the Golf Tournament
The full amount will be refunded if you cancel by April 4, 2005. No refunds will be made for tours or the golf tourmament after April 5.

For Exhibitors' Showcase
The full amount will be refunded if you cancel by April 4, 2005. Cancellations received after that date but before the start of the convention will be charged $100 administration fee. No refunds will be made for "no shows".

Top
