Back by popular demand.The Manufacturer-Distributor Relationship Forum is designed to help Manufacturers and Distributors better understand one another's challenges and discover new opportunities for partnering together.
Activities are planned to promote networking and relationship building during the Forum on Monday, May 2 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The Exhibitors' Showcase is a tabletop showcase of the material handling industry's best companies.
Material Handling equipment distributor Presidents, CEOs and Sales Managers constitute the majority of the showcase attendees. They have the buying power and interest unparalleled to your average trade show attendee. It provides suppliers with the opportunity to network with distributors across the globe.

Exhibitor Fees
$975 per 8' X 10' booth space. Package includes draped siderails, draped backdrop, 6' skirted table, 2 chairs, 1 wastebasket and 1 identification sign.
Note: You must be a MHEDA member to exhibit in the Showcase. Exhibitors must also register for the Convention. Your booth fee does not include the Convention registration fee.
How to Reserve Booth
Call MHEDA at (847) 680-3500 to select a booth. The MHEDA staff will assist you in reserving the best possible location. The deadline for reserving a booth is March 4, 2005. Floor Plan and Exhibitors List.
MHEDA Helps Promote Your Participation in the Showcase

MHEDA publishes a Product Guide listing each exhibitor by name and includes a product summary. This Guide is featured in the April issue of The MHEDA Journal and is used as a roadmap for Convention attendees during the Showcase. The dealine to submit product summaries is January 14, 2005.

MHEDA links each exhibitor's website in the Exhibitors List.

MHEDA sends special invitations to local distributors to attend the Showcase.

MHEDA sends each exhibitor a list of distributor attendees to use to announce your participation in MHEDA's Exhibitors Showcase. Exhibitors also receive a list after convention for follow-up purposes.

MHEDA offers a number of Door Prize and Sponorship opportunities to Exhibitors.

Tabletop showcase of the material handling industry's best companies demonstrate the latest products and services available in material handling. This is your opportunity to learn about new material handling products and explore the manufacturer-distributor relationship dynamics.
12:30 p.m.– 1:30 p.m. Networking Luncheon
Convention attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy lunch together while networking and continuing conversations started at the Exhibitors’ Showcase.
1:30 p.m.– 3:00 p.m. Manufacturer-Distributor Panel Presentation
"Transform Your Business" facilitated by Mike Marks, Principal, Indian River Consulting Group.
A panel of distributors and manufacturers will discuss how transformation helped their company succeed. Convention attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and participate in roundtable discussions.
3:30 p.m - 4:00 pm General Session: Tools for Transformation.
Presentation will focus on an approach that distributors and manufactureres can use to organize business plans to achieve realistic market goals as channel partners.
