Booth Fee - $1,500 (Standard) $1,800 (Premium) members only
Per 10 x 10 booth reserved in the Exhibitors' Showcase.
Does not include Convention Registration fee.
Registration Fee for 2nd Booth Person - $495 (limited to one person per booth)

• Admittance to all Monday, May 4 education programs and Exhibitors' Showcase

Note: This person may assist with the booth set-up and tear down. It does not include admittance to any other Convention programs, travel or housing.

Cancellation Procedures
For Registrants
The full amount will be refunded if you cancel no later than April 3, 2009. Cancellations received after that date but before the start of the convention, will be charged $200 administration fee per person. No refunds will be made for "no shows". Companies may change the personnel at no charge by calling the MHEDA office in advance of the start of Convention.
For Tours and the Golf Tournament
The full amount will be refunded if you cancel by April 3, 20069 No refunds will be made for tours or the golf tournament after this date.
For Exhibitors' Showcase
There is a $500 non-refundable per booth deposit. If you cancel your booth after April 3, 2009, you will be charged the full booth fee. No refunds will be made for "no shows".
